  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes we do. Please get in touch with us via email for further details if you would like to order something to be shipped internationally.

  • What is the lead time for an order?

    All of our accessories are hand made and to make sure that they are perfect for your wedding day we require the following lead times:

    • Headbands 4-6 weeks
    • Hair accessories 4-6 weeks
    • Veils 10-12 weeks 
    • Belts 10-12 weeks
  • My wedding is sooner than the lead times, what can I do?

    If you are really pushed for time do still get in touch as we always like to try and do our best to help.

  • Can I order a veil in a different length?

    Absolutely! You can either explore our Bespoke Service or send us an email for a quick chat about what you want. 

  • How do I know what size to order?

    Our hair accessories and veils are one size fits all. Our belts can be ordered in a variety lengths; please choose the best option to suit at the checkout. We would advise that before placing your order you measure your waist with a tape measure (where you would like the belt to sit) and then choose the closest size to suit you. If you can measure yourself whilst in your wedding dress, even better. If you're unsure on how to do this, get in touch and we'll talk you through it.

  • Can the belts be adjusted to fit?

    We recommend measuring your waist before ordering as it is difficult to adjust the belts once they are made. We do not advise the embroidery to be cut in order to adjust the belt size. This is because the embroidery technique used creates rows of loops and stitches and if cut, it can result in whole rows becoming unsecured. If you think that your body shape is likely to change in the run up to your wedding we would advise choosing a belt with a silk tie fastening. This allows you to order a smaller size and to tie it as tightly or loosely as needed on the day. If your favourite belt is listed as having a button closure, do get in touch with us as we can make it with a tie option instead for you.

  • What is your return policy?

    As our products are made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges. However if your item is faulty do get in touch with us straight away and we will fix it for you.
